Romania     

Twice I rode through Rumania abd twice I was not all that impressed. Once  it was still under communist rule (1975) and the second time as a free country (1994)

To me the only difference was that the inhabitants were even poorer than the first time I visted. I will give it another go soon and see if there has been any changes.
